Maswirda is a Graduate Studies Administration Executive at the Jeffrey Cheah Institute (JCI) and Jeffrey Sachs Center (JSC). She organises and manages academic programme-related matters including student admission and orientation; course timetables; examinations and assessments; marketing and promotion; and academic quality management. Prior to joining JSC, Maswirda worked as an Librarian in Sunway University and the Malaysian Association for the Blind. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Management from University Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
