2024 China-ASEAN Economic Seminar: Exploring the Feasibility of a China-ASEAN Common Market

On behalf of Sunway University and our esteemed partners, the Guangzhou Institute of the Greater Bay Area (GIG) and Belt & Road Initiative Caucus for Asia Pacific (BRICAP), it is with great honour that we extend to you an invitation to participate at the “2024 China-ASEAN Economic Seminar: Exploring the Feasibility of a China-ASEAN Common Market”.

The seminar aims to delve deeper into the economic synergies and enduring cooperation between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) by building on ASEAN’s momentum in becoming China’s largest trading partner and the success of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).

This seminar is dedicated to exploring the potential of a “China-ASEAN Common Market" - a vision contained in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), constituting part of the ASEAN Community Vision 2025.
