The Centre for Careers and Alumni (CXA) is Sunway University's one-stop centre and central coordinating hub for employability and lifelong alumni engagement. It provides leadership, governance, and oversight for all career and alumni-related units, programmes, platforms, and services across the University. By bringing together career development, employer engagement, internships, Success X-Factor Coaching, graduate employability, alumni engagement, and lifelong learning under one integrated portfolio, the Centre delivers a seamless student-to-alumni journey — ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and greater institutional impact.
