Eleanor McEvoy Delivers Masterclass at Sunway University
In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, we had the pleasure to host a very special masterclass for our Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences students and a concert with renowned Irish singer-songwriter Eleanor McEvoy at Sunway University.
Eleanor McEvoy has released 16 albums, including “A Woman’s Heart,” the best-selling Irish album of all time. With a formidable presence in the Irish music scene spanning decades, she is celebrated both in Ireland and internationally for her deeply immersive performances. The event included an exhibition and a pre-concert banquet hosted by the Embassy of Ireland.
Her remarkable musicianship moving between violin, guitar, and piano made this performance an unforgettable experience.
