Special Sharing Session in MGT1054 Principles of Management Class

The Last Women Standing: How to Navigate, (Not) Panic, and Thrive

Have you ever found yourself in a group of three to five students working toward a common goal, whether for an assignment, workshop, or competition, only to realise that not everyone is contributing as they should, leaving you as the "last one standing" to carry the team and complete the task? Do not worry, you are definitely not alone.

In this special sharing session, you will meet four strong and accomplished seniors who will share their experiences and insights on navigating such challenging moments. Each of them has faced different situations, from leading clubs and societies to competing at national-level events and managing everyday student responsibilities like assignments.

Come and hear first-hand from these inspiring women as they share practical tips on how to handle such situations with confidence and composure, so that one day, you too will know how to deal with the free-riders.
