We are excited to extend a heartfelt invitation to you for our upcoming Mind Matters! This July, " Food for Thought: Understanding Our Relationship with Food" uncovers the fascinating ways our eating behaviors are influenced by emotions, mindsets, and life experiences. 

Take a seat with us at this forum, featuring a dietitian, psychologist, and an experienced advocate, to discuss positive relationships with food, nutritious strategies, and inspiring real-life experiences. The forum is open to all Sunwayians so grab your friends and come along!

Speaker Profile

  • Ms Lai Jaan Jiar
    Ms. Lai is a trained U10 Dietitian with 17 years' experience in managing adolescent eating disorders. Her field of expertise includes pediatrics, obstetrics, and gynecology. She works alongside a multidisciplinary team at Hospital Tunku Azizah.
  • Ms Sping Lim
    As a health psychologist with over a decade of experience, Ms. Sping focuses on improving wellbeing through mind-body connection. She also founded ‘Your Health Psychologist’, a health psychology practice dedicated to making evidence-based psychological support accessible and practical for everyday life.
  • Ms Allyna Wong
    Ms Allyna is a content creator and emcee. Advocating for body positivity and recovery support, she actively shares moments of her life on Instagram and Youtube, documenting her lifestyle, beauty contents, and food.
