• Departure Time: 9:00 am
  (Assembly at the Sunway University Foyer begins at 8:45 am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.)
  Transportation: Provided from Sunway University to the embassy.

1. Registration is open only to students, alumni, and staff from Sunway University and Sunway College.
2. Priority will be given to participants who have never visited any embassy or high commission before, as this initiative aims to provide opportunities for first-time visitors.
3. Slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
