Sunway University January 2018 Graduation Ceremony

This year 607 Sunway University graduates took to the stage to receive their scrolls in two sessions with the biggest cohort of 308 graduates from Sunway University Business School. 21 graduates with outstanding results from various disciplines under the Sunway University Business School, School of Arts, School of Hospitality, School of Mathematical Sciences, and School of Science and Technology received the Jeffrey Cheah Scholastic Award which comes with a RM2,000 cheque and certificate.

Professor Sharon Huttly, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education) of Lancaster University was present to confer the University of Lancaster scrolls to the graduating students from the Communication, Computing, Information Systems, Psychology, Biological Sciences and Business disciplines for the honours degree programmes by Sunway University, validated by Lancaster University and deliver the Occasional Address. Also present at the ceremony were Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah AO, Chancellor of Sunway University; Professor Tan Sri Datuk Deri Razman M Hashim and Tan Sri Dato’ Dr Ramon Navaratnam, Pro-Chancellors of Sunway University; and Professor Graeme Wilkinson, Vice-Chancellor of Sunway University.
