Chef Emma Conducts Workshop in Medan, Indonesia

Sunway University would like to congratulate Chef Emma (Norhafizatul Akma Hamzah), who represented the School of Hospitality and Service Management at the Sunway Education Group International Open Day in Medan, Indonesia, and conducted a culinary workshop on "Global Fusion Bites: Exploring Sushi and Canapes Making".

The session was well-received by local Indonesian students who aspire to venture into a culinary career. Sunway University would like to thank several international students who hail from Indonesia for supporting this event. They are Salsabila Rony Hutahean (Diploma in Culinary Arts), Nicholas Wijaya (Diploma in Culinary Arts), and Benedict C. Susanto (BSc (Hons) International Hospitality Management).
