'Guest Service Mindset': by Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Ms Rebecca Tan and Mr Muhammad Hazrin from Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur delivered a talk on the 'Guest Service Mindset' to students from the School of Hospitality and Service Management, Sunway University. The students are degree students who are preparing to embark on their upcoming internship. The students were exposed to the learning opportunities and the internship benefits of Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.
