SUGSC Attends LogiSYM Malaysia 2023

Event Attendees

It was a pleasure for Sunway University Global Supply Chain to get the opportunity to participate in LogiSYM Malaysia 2023, which took place from 12-13th July 2023, at Hilton, PJ. 15 students & 7 student volunteers were invited to this event, organised by The Logistics & Supply Chain Management Society.

During the two-day forum, students gained valuable knowledge and experience. With the topic of Driving Sustainability & Supply Chain Performance Through Digitalisation, students learned how modern companies practice sustainability. The event addressed multiple topics such as:

  • 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺

Students also had the chance to connect with experts from different companies and share their experiences in logistics. SUGSC is grateful to Dr Raymon Krishnan, Stephanie Krishnan, Dr Marco Tieman, John Kennedy and Harjeet Chekhire for hosting the event. SUGSC also thanks club advisor Stella Ong Kim Yoke, who led the students to the forum.
