Academic Staff Appreciation Day 2024
Educators are like superheroes, shaping a better generation, nation, and future.
In early September, Sunway University celebrated Academic Appreciation Day 2024, gathering a full house of academic staff to honour their exceptional achievements in Teaching, Research, and Innovation. A total of 92 outstanding educators were recognised on stage, receiving Academic Staff Excellence Awards in recognition of their dedication to shaping minds and advancing knowledge.
The day was filled with an energetic performance by Sunway University’s very own 24 Festive Drums group, followed by an inspiring Ensemble performance. Participants also enjoyed superhero-themed pre-event activities and a delightful high tea to conclude the celebration.
