Discovering the 5Ps: ECRN Seminar Series with Prof. Emmanuel

Sunway University's Early Researchers Connect Network (ECRN) held its first seminar series this year. The event, which was a huge success, focused on empowering early career researchers (ECRs). The session, led by the esteemed Professor Emmanuel Tsekleves from Lancaster University, occurred on 1st March 2024. Professor Emmanuel delivered a speech titled "Focus Your Research with the 5P Research Technique and Achieve Tenure," a topic that proved to be enlightening for all attendees.

The introduction of the 5P's during this session was indeed an eye-opener. Prof. Emmanuel shared the unique challenges that ECRs often encounter while also highlighting the unwavering support we receive here at Sunway University. It was a remarkable sharing session, filled with valuable insights and strategies for success focusing on strengthening five essential elements crucial to research: Profile, Projects, Prestige, People, and quality Publications/Papers.
