SBMDC Members Represent at Prestigious International Congress in Thailand

Dr Tan Yee Seng had the distinguished honour of presenting his research titled "Reversible Structural Transformation between Supramolecular Isomer and Respective [2+2] Cycloaddition" at the 49th International Congress on Science, Technology, and Technology-based Innovation, held in Hatyai, Thailand. He was invited as a speaker under Symposium SP8 – X-ray Crystallography.

 

Dr Ally Yeo Chien Ing, a valued member of the Sunway Biofunctional Molecules Discovery Centre (SBMDC), also took part in the same symposium as an oral presenter. Her presentation, "Unveiling Halogen Bond in the Play: Co-crystals of 1,4-Diiodotetrafluorobenzene," highlighted cutting-edge findings in the field.
