ASEAN Institutions Unite: MoU Signing and Exchange with Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna

The ASEAN Mobility Programme 2025 served as an opportunity for ASEAN institutions to collaborate and form valuable relationships. This was precisely the case for Sunway University and Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna, an institution in Cabuyao, Laguna, Philippines. The two institutions came together during the ASEAN Universities Exhibition and Forum 2025 (AEF 2025) to sign and exchange MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding). Sunway University was represented by Provost Prof. Abhimanyu Veerakumarasivam, while Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna  was represented by Pearl Stephanie Ulep, the Director for the Office for Strategic Partnerships and Global Engagement. 

This agreement hopes to lay the foundations for possible areas of collaboration including staff and student mobility, research collaborations, joint events and other areas of mutual interest.
