The guests from Bahria University were welcomed to the campus on Friday afternoon, where they had a fruitful discussion with Sunway University’s Deputy Deans of Internationalisation. With Sunway University also being a relatively young university, there is a great potential for future collaborations between the institutions, as discussed during the meeting. Both universities have significant overlaps in terms of the programmes they offer, which means that they are eager to collaborate in the area of student exposure, including programmes such as visits and exchanges. These are important not only for academic exposure but for students from both universities to experience unique cultures.
The meeting was followed by a campus tour, where the delegates were able to explore Sunway University’s well-known Most Happening Campus. The visit marked the beginning of what is hoped to be a fruitful partnership between Sunway University and Bahria University. With shared values in fostering academic excellence, research innovation, and international collaboration, both institutions are excited to explore future opportunities that will benefit their students and staff.
