Congratulations to Dr Richard Wong Teck Ken on His Distinguished Mentorship Recognition in Beijing!

We are proud to share that Dr Richard has been honoured as a Distinguished Mentoring Lecturer (优秀带队老师) by North China University of Technology (NCUT).

This prestigious recognition celebrates his exemplary leadership in guiding the inaugural Sunway Mobility Programme in Artificial Intelligence to NCUT, held from 31 August to 14 September 2025. 

Sixteen students from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) spent two enriching weeks mastering database technology and machine learning, while also experiencing Chinese culture through visits to iconic sites like the Great Wall and Summer Palace.

Congratulations once again to Dr Richard on this well-deserved honour!
