Soft Launch of the Sunway Psychology and Counselling Centre
We are thrilled to announce the soft launch of the Sunway Psychology and Counselling Centre on the 6th March 2025! This centre marks a significant milestone in our commitment to mental health support, professional training, and community well-being.
The event was officiated by Sunway University President, Prof Sibrand Poppema, alongside Provost, Prof Abhimanyu Veerakumarasivam; Dean of the Faculty of Medical and Life Sciences, Prof Raja Affendi Raja Ali ; Associate Professor Dr. Pei Jun Woo, Deputy Dean (Employability and Alumni) & Former Head of Psychology; and Professor Shian-Ling Keng, PhD, Head of the Department of Psychology.
This centre will provide high-quality psychological services to the community while serving as a training hub for postgraduate students in counselling and applied behaviour analysis.
