In support of National Training Week (NTW) 2025, Sunway University will open its Sunway XCeEd lifelong learning platform to all Malaysians from 14–21 June, offering 15 free, self-paced microlearning courses designed by industry experts to address today’s most pressing skills gaps.
Aligning with Malaysia’s Upskilling Agenda
This programme directly advances the Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint and the Ministry of Human Resources’ goal of building a future-ready workforce. By making courses available at no cost, Sunway University extends NTW’s mission of accessible, high-quality training to working professionals, students and lifelong learners alike.
Driving Engagement & Completion
To maximise impact, Sunway XCeEd will deploy weekly progress reminders and digital badges, helping learners stay motivated and on track. This blend of autonomy and accountability reflects best practices in large-scale upskilling initiatives.
