Celebrating Research Excellence at the Asian Young Leaders Forum 2026

We are proud to share that Shree Lekha, a PhD student from the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management was awarded the Best Research Paper Award at the Asian Young Leaders Forum 2026.

Held from 18-20 March 2026 at UEF - Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance, the forum brought together emerging scholars to exchange ideas on the theme “Green Shift - Digital Drift - Future Lift.”

Shree Lekha was recognised for her paper titled “Online Fraud Risk in Digital Tourism: A Life-Course Perspective on University Students and Travel-Related Functional Participation.” Her work explores critical issues at the intersection of digitalisation, tourism, and risk – highlighting the evolving challenges faced by young travellers in today’s digital landscape.
