Deloitte Discovery Day at Sunway University
A day of discovery, insights, and inspiration at Deloitte Discovery Day on Sunway University!
The day began with an inspiring keynote by Tan Hooi Beng, Deloitte Malaysia Talent Leader, followed by an engaging industry panel featuring Chee Wei Yen (Financial Services), Cheah Wai Seng (Energy, Resources & Industrials), Anil Kumar Gupta (Technology, Media & Telecommunications), and Kevin Okboehli (Consumer Industry).
Students then gained deeper insights into Deloitte's key business functions through presentations by Mak Wai Kit (A&A Partner), Tan Hooi Beng (Partner, Tax & Legal Talent Leader), Chee Wei Yen (Strategy, Risk & Transactions Talent Leader), and Azhar Hussin (Malaysia Technology & Transformation Leader).
The event concluded with an inspiring alumni sharing session, where Yeow Wen Yan, Siti Nur Khadijah Zulkiflee, and Ng Kah Meng—all Sunway alumni now with Deloitte—shared their career journeys and experiences working at the firm.
The learning didn't stop there. Outside the auditorium, students explored interactive career booths showcasing Deloitte's key business functions, where they had the opportunity to network with professionals, ask questions, and learn more about potential career pathways.
