Elevating Bread Craft Through Industry Learning: Mega Flour Bread Workshop
Our chef lecturers from the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management recently participated in the Mega Flour Bread Workshop conducted by Master Liu Huan and organised by Prima Group Singapore.
The session featured live demonstrations and practical insights on working with a range of Prima Flour products to produce different styles of bread, highlighting techniques, formulation, and consistency in bread-making.
Opportunities like these allow our academic team to continuously refine their craft, stay aligned with industry practices, and bring updated knowledge and skills back into the classroom and training kitchens.
