One Vision, Many Leaders: C&S Leaders Bonding Night 2026

On 13 March 2026, the Extracurricular Department of the Sunway University Student Council (SUSC), in collaboration with the Sunway College Student Council (SCC), successfully organized the C&S Leaders Bonding Night 2026, bringing together over 35 clubs and societies for an evening centered on connection, collaboration, and community.

Designed as a space for leaders to interact beyond their formal roles, the event encouraged meaningful conversations and strengthened relationships across clubs and societies, fostering a more connected student leadership ecosystem. The evening began with registration and refreshments, followed by an engaging ice-breaking session that created an energetic and welcoming atmosphere. Participants were encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, sparking natural interactions and new connections early in the night.

A key highlight of the programme was Club Collisions, a structured networking session where participants were grouped based on complementary interests and tasked with developing joint event proposals. Each group presented their ideas, followed by a voting segment that recognised the most promising concepts. The session opened doors for potential collaborations and showcased the creativity of student leaders.

The night continued with Crossfire, a mafia-style team game that challenged participants’ strategic thinking, communication, and teamwork. Through rounds of negotiation and deduction, participants worked together to achieve shared objectives, reinforcing essential leadership qualities in a dynamic and engaging setting.
