Pre-University Students Explore Careers in Medicine
What does it really take to become a doctor?
That was the question at the heart of Explore Medicine, jointly organised by Sunway Career Services and the Jeffrey Cheah Sunway Medical School, where aspiring Pre-University students had the opportunity to hear directly from experienced medical professionals.
The event began with an insightful preview of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) programme by Prof. Raja Affendi Raja Ali, Dean of the Faculty of Medical and Life Sciences, followed by a panel discussion, our signature feature of the Explore series. Moderated by Mr Aminuddin Baharudin, Biology Lecturer from AUSMAT, the panel featured candid sharing on the realities, challenges and rewards of a career in medicine.
