Sunway SHTM Welcomes Industry Leaders for the SIAL Innovation Awards 2026 Jury Deliberation
Leading voices from academia and industry gathered at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Sunway University for the SIAL Innovation Awards 2026 Jury Deliberation, held ahead of FDM - Food & Drinks Malaysia by SIAL Network 2026.
The deliberation brought together members of the distinguished jury panel to evaluate innovative food and beverage products competing for recognition at one of the industry's most respected innovation awards. Among those present were Professor Dr Daniel Chong Ka Leong, DBA, CHT and Assoc. Prof. Dr Yun Ping Neo from the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Sunway University, alongside Prof. Dr. Rofina Yasmin Othman PhD. FASc. (Chairman of MRANTI), Melissa Ong (Group CEO, Impact Circle MY), Professor Dr Shahrim Ab Karim, PhD (Oklahoma) (Universiti Putra Malaysia), Ngai Yuen Low (Managing Director, AEON 360), and Henri Tan (Exhibition Director, Southeast Asia & SIAL Sales Director, APAC, SIAL Network).
The SIAL Innovation Awards recognise food and beverage innovations that demonstrate creativity, market relevance and commercial potential, celebrating ideas that continue to move the industry forward. 🏆
