"The Networking Lab at Sunway University’s Building provides students with a practical environment to develop essential skills in computer networking, infrastructure, and network technologies.

The lab currently supports the delivery of Cisco-aligned CCNA curriculum, enabling students to gain hands-on experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, routing, switching, and fundamental network infrastructure concepts.

Looking ahead, Sunway University is planning a strategic collaboration with Cisco to upgrade and transform the facility into a modern, industry-aligned networking laboratory. The upgraded lab will support both CCNA and advanced networking education, while providing an environment for practical projects, research activities, professional certification, and industry-oriented training.

Through this collaboration, the lab aims to strengthen the connection between academic learning and professional networking practice, giving students greater exposure to technologies and skills relevant to the evolving networking industry.
