Dr. Parman Sukarno is Vice Rector for Academic and Strategic Planning at Telkom University, Indonesia, where he leads initiatives in academic excellence, digital transformation, internationalisation, quality assurance, and institutional strategy. He holds a PhD in Cybersecurity from Monash University and has extensive experience in higher education leadership, having served in roles including Academic Director, ICT Director, and Deputy Dean within the Faculty of Computing.
Throughout his career, he has led large-scale digital transformation programs, established strategic partnerships with industry and international universities, and contributed to the development of innovative academic programs and research ecosystems.
Dr. Sukarno is actively involved in advancing sustainability, global engagement, and university-industry collaboration. His current work focuses on leveraging technology, innovation, and partnerships to create impactful educational outcomes and support sustainable development goals in higher education and society
