As a humanitarian practitioner, Dr. Walther worked for two decades with the United Nations in large-scale emergencies in West Africa, Asia, and Latin America with a focus on advocacy and social and behavioural change. She initiated the POZE (Perspective – Optimization – Zenthism – Exposure) dynamic in Haiti, which has since grown into a global transdisciplinary network of like-minded researchers and practitioners committed to inclusive social change. Since 2021 her focus has been on aspirational algorithms and the potential to harness technology for social good; briefly said Artificial Intelligence for Inspired Action (AIIA).
