At Tesla, Ir. Ahmad Hadri Haris is responsible for partnering with the Government and stakeholders to enable conducive policies and business environments to accelerate the transition towards sustainable energy. It is a mission that truly resonates with Hadri throughout his career. Hadri has spent 26 years advocating renewable energy and green technology, including solar PV adoption in buildings, Malaysia's Feed-in Tariff, the National Green Technology Policy (2009), the National Renewable Energy Policy (2010), and initiated various Government incentives to promote sustainable energy. In 2017, Hadri was bestowed with the Prime Minister's "Tokoh Mahir" award, and in 2023, he was honoured as the Automotive Person of the Year.
