Submission Guidelines

Submission of abstracts/papers

Please submit your extended abstract before 31 July 2026.

Papers submitted to this conference will be considered for potential publication at:

  • Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business in Society (Scopus Q1)
  • EuroMed Journal of Business (Scopus Q1)
  • Qualitative Research in Accounting & Management (Scopus Q1/ ABDC ‘A’)
  • International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management (Scopus Q1)

*All submissions will remain subject to the respective journals’ aims and scope, editorial assessment, and standard peer-review process.

Submission of extended abstract

The due date for the submission of your extended abstract is 31 July 2026.


Here are the instructions to guide the submission of your extended abstract:

Step 1: Prepare Your Extended Abstract

  1. Ensure your abstract is concise, clearly articulated, and structured appropriately.
  2. The content, excluding figures, tables, and references, must not exceed 1000 words.

Step 2: Format Your Document

Save your extended abstract in a commonly accepted file format and follow the Harvard style format, such as Microsoft Word or PDF, ensuring it is ready for submission.

Step 3: Email Your Submission

  1. Address your email to:
    @email
  2. Use a clear and relevant subject line for your email, for example, "Extended Abstract Submission for SAFE2026 – your full name".
  3. Attach your extended abstract document to the email.
  4. In the body of your email, include a brief message stating your name, the title of your abstract, and any other relevant information you wish to convey.
  5. Send your email.
