Registration Inclusions
Registration fees include:
- Plenaries: First-Timers, Opening Ceremony & Keynote, Student Voice, Global Dialogue, Closing Ceremony
- Concurrent presentations

- Lunch and morning tea/coffee break (Days 1-3)
- 1 ticket to the APAIE Welcome Reception
- Participation in campus tours and charity event (registration required)
Social
Delegate tickets for the APAIE Welcome Reception held on Monday 22 March 2027 are included in the registration fee. Additional guest tickets can be purchased when registering (limited to 1 guest per delegate).
Pre-Conference Workshops
The pre-conference workshops take place on Sunday 21 March 2027 at the conference venue, the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC). Registration for the workshops is an additional US$100 per half-day workshop and US$175 per full-day workshop (includes lunch); details of the workshop program will be available soon.
