Fit4Work is a talent training programme under the Penjana initiative to enhance the essential skill sets of young Malaysian graduates required for the Global Services Industry. The programme will be organised in selected universities and divided into four (4) cohorts of 100 participants each. InvestKL works amongst its investors from Global Multinationals and Partners providing potential recruitment for outstanding trainees upon completion of the programmes.

- Eligibility
Please ensure you meet the right criteria to be in our programme.
1. Malaysian Citizen
2. Age 18-30 undergraduate/postgraduate
3. Final Year Students, Unemployed Graduates
4. Not participating in other PENJANA Upskilling and Reskilling programme
5. Current CGPA of 2.8 and above (English Proficiency) MUET – Band 4, EILTS – Band 7 and above
6. Active in extracurricular activities and have leadership qualities.
