You will arrive at either Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or Kuala Lumpur International 2 (KLIA2).
Here is a checklist of things to do at the airport.
Landing in Malaysia
Welcome to Malaysia! Once you have arrived at the airport, you may turn your mobile phone on and connect to the airport WIFI.
Check for any WhatsApp messages from the driver scheduled to pick you up from the airport.
Where To Next?
Proceed to the International Arrival Hall. As student visas are processed differently, when you arrive, proceed to the Immigration Office in the airport. It is commonly located near the Immigration counters. If you are confused or in need of assistance, please ask the EMGS International Student Arrival Centre (ISAC) for help.
Malaysian Immigration
You must present your Visa Approval Letter (e-VAL) Single Entry Visa (SEV)/ eVisa and Sunway's program Offer letter at the Immigration Counter.
Don't Leave Without a Special Pass!
Before leaving the immigration counter, always ensure a Special Pass is stamped on your passport. If you are unsure about this, you may check with Sunway's airport pickup staff before leaving the airport.
Don't Forget Your Bags!
Proceed to the Baggage Claim area to collect your luggage and bags. There will be screens informing you which carousel your luggage will be on.
Hitting the Road
Send the driver a WhatsApp message to inform him that you are ready to leave the airport. Follow the driver's instructions to get to the pick-up point.
