On 18 and 19 June 2026, the Academic Affairs Department of the Sunway University Student Council (SUSC) successfully organised Study With Me at the Observation Deck. Held during the examination period, the initiative aimed to provide students with a quiet and conducive environment to focus on their studies while promoting healthy study habits and stress management. The free-flow study format allowed students to utilise the space according to their own schedules while maintaining a calm and focused atmosphere.

The initiative transformed the Observation Deck into a dedicated study space where students could revise in a quiet, exam-like environment. A visible timer guided optional study and break cycles, allowing students to incorporate structured breaks into their study sessions. The comfortable and distraction-free setting provided students with a productive alternative space to prepare for their examinations.

To complement the study sessions, a relaxation area was provided with activities such as glass painting, sudoku, crossword puzzles, origami, and board games. These activities gave students an opportunity to take a break from studying, unwind, and recharge before returning to their revision. The positive response from participants highlighted the value of having both productive and relaxing spaces within the initiative

Study With Me provided students with a supportive environment to balance academic productivity with personal wellbeing during the examination period. The initiative reflected SUSC’s commitment to supporting students beyond the classroom and creating meaningful opportunities for them to focus, take a break, and navigate the demands of university life together.
