Sunway Education Wellness Month — Move, Eat & Thrive
Wellness is more than a concept — it’s something we experience together.
Throughout May, Sunway Education’s Wellness Month brought colleagues together through activities that supported physical health, mental well-being, and meaningful connection at work.
From grounding sessions like Yin Yoga and high-energy Pound Fitness, to hands-on learning in our Cooking Workshop, and a powerful mental wellness talk, “It’s Okay to Be Not Okay” by Assoc. Prof. Dr Ooi Pei Boon from the Faculty of Medical and Life Sciences, Sunway University, we had the opportunity to pause, learn, and recharge.
A simple reminder that well-being is built in everyday moments — through movement, learning, and connection. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making Wellness Month a meaningful success.
