Biography

Teh Liang Jing (Alex) is a PhD candidate in Educational Technology at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), researching HyFlex learning, interest-driven instruction, and educational technology through a mixed-methods approach. He holds a Master's in Instructional Technology and Innovation and a First Class Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. His work spans nine years of teaching, from a Teach For Malaysia fellowship to leading HyFlex practical sessions at UPM, alongside international research collaborations with universities in Taiwan and New Zealand. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on HyFlex pedagogy and educational technology.
