Sustainable procurement follows sustainable practices when choosing suppliers. Through an assessment of an organisations environmental and social impact, suppliers are then chosen. Understanding the origins of supplied goods allow us to make more informed choices when recycling, restoring, or repurposing goods.
SDG 8.2.1: Sunway University complies with the Minimum Wage Order 2022 set by the Ministry of Human Resources, and all staff members are paid no less than the minimum salary set by the authority.

SDG 8.2.8: The policy provides a guideline on procedures for handling employees' grievances at the workplace aimed at creating a harmonious work environment at Sunway University.
