R. Lakshmi Priyadarshni has been teaching English for Specific Academic Purposes for many years. She has a M.A in English Language, and most recently, she was conferred a Fellow Member of the Higher Education Academy of the UK after completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (International) from Lancaster University. Apart from teaching, Lakshmi has prepared online English training materials and conducted external workshops for English Language Learning. When it comes to research, her area of interest includes Self-Regulated Learning, Feedback Strategies, and Technology Enhanced Learning. Currently, she is teaching Academic Writing in the Centre for English Language Studies at Sunway University.
