Fun@Work Tea Appreciation Workshop
Did you know that the same tea leaves can taste completely different depending on how they're brewed?
Last month, our colleagues stepped into the Beverage Lab at Sunway University for our FUN@Work Tea Appreciation Workshop, where tea became much more than just a daily beverage.
Guided by our very own tea expert, Dr Riley Pham, participants explored the fascinating world of tea and discovered how brewing methods, temperature, oxidation, and tannins can transform the flavour, aroma, and character of every cup.
From whisking vibrant matcha to crafting refreshing cold brew creations, the workshop offered a unique blend of learning, hands-on experience, and connection with colleagues from across the organisation.
