Trailblazers Unleashed: Alumni Insights
We had the privilege of co-hosting an engaging alumni-sharing session called Trailblazers Unleashed: Extraordinary Alumni Take the Stage, alongside the Sunway College AUSMAT Programme and the Victoria University (VU) Undergraduate Programme. During the session, two remarkable AUSMAT and VU Programme alumni kept the audience in awe with their inspiring professional journey.
The alumni were Mr Sim Wie Boon, Digital Content Editor at Tatler Asia and former Business Journalist, and Ms Kimberley Mah, Business Development Manager at HSBC and Miss World Prestige International 2017.
The Grand Book Launch
Following the enlightening alumni-sharing session, the event segued into the grand book launch of “Career & Employability”. During the book and author introduction, Tan Sri Jeffrey Cheah Distinguished Professor and former Vice-Chancellor of Sunway University Professor Graeme Wilkinson detailed the essence of the book and described the passion, drive and dedication of author Mr Jason Soh.
As the event concluded with heartfelt thank-you notes from Mr Jason Soh, the excitement and heartwarming emotions in the air were palpable. The event was a celebration of an educator’s dedication and the profound impact of alumni on many young people.
