Biography

Dr Lee Chia Ping is an Associate Professor at Sunway University, a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE. Her research interests include antenna and electromagnetic propagation, as well as engineering education. With a strong focus on learning and teaching, she has received recognition through various learning and teaching-related awards and has been awarded funding from the Scotland QAA Enhancement Theme Fund to support educational enhancement initiatives. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration, reflecting her broader interests in academic leadership and professional development. Passionate about student engagement, she is committed to nurturing students to pursue excellence, embrace innovation, and develop the confidence and skills to make a positive impact on society as future engineers.
