Biography
Chef Haziq Jamal is currently a Chef Lecturer for the School of Hospitality and Service Management, Sunway University. He holds a Master of Gastronomy, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Culinary Arts Management and Diploma in Culinary Arts. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Hospitality and Tourism Management focusing on the Gastronomy and Anthropology. His working experiences within the industry include Sheraton Imperial Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Prince Hotel Kuala Lumpur (currently known as Pullman Hotel KLCC). In 2012, he began his journey as an academician in different private institutions. He has also competed in various cooking competitions and has amassed numerous medals and recognitions such as the Vietnam Culinary Challenge, Penang Battle of the Chefs, and FHM Culinaire Malaysia.
