AP Dr Izian Idris Represents Sunway University at Customer Experience Live Show Asia 2024
Associate Professor Dr Izian Idris, Head of the Department of Marketing Strategy and Innovation, was invited as one of the distinguished professionals and experts at the prestigious Customer Experience Live Show Asia 2024, held at the Concorde Hotel, Singapore on 6 & 7 August 2024.
The panel featured senior industry experts from across Asia, including VPs, COOs, and Heads of Customer Experience, Marketing, Technology, Digital Transformation, Experience, and Innovation. These leaders converged to redesign customer experience and digital strategy in preparation for the new era.
