Phoey Lee Teh is an academic with over 19 years of experience. She is passionately committed to ensuring that her students find their best career paths after graduation. She is currently a lecturer and academic at Wrexham Glyndwr University, Wales.

Tom Sander is a senior recruiter with over 15 years of experience working in-house and with agencies, and has published over 40 papers on recruitment-related subjects. He is currently working in-house with NDT Global, and also teaches at IU International University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim, Germany.
