Life is a journey defined by one’s experiences, and while no one’s journey is the same, we can all learn much from the shared experiences of others. Mengzhen Lim is a former lecturer of Psychology at Sunway University’s Department of Psychology. He graduated with an MSc in Social Psychology from Universiti Putra Malaysia. His works have been featured in Malaysiakini, The Star, Free Malaysia Today, The Malaysian insight, Sin Chew Daily, and others. He has also appeared on Astro Awani to speak about mental health-related issues. He currently lives in Tokyo, researching romantic relationships.

Dr Grace Yap has been a professional counsellor since the late 1990s, after completing her Masters from the US. She graduated with a PhD in Psychology from Monash University and previously taught at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. She is currently a health psychology and lecturer-researcher at Sunway University’s Department of Psychology.
