A source once quoted that a publisher is only deemed to have ‘made it’ if it has made an appearance at the Frankfurt Book Fair. Sunway University Press is proud to share that we were a part of the Frankfurter Buchmesse this year, the world’s largest annual trade fair for books attracting more than 7,300 exhibitors from over 100 countries and hundreds of thousands of visitors yearly. The fair took place digitally from 14–18 October and was a resounding success.
Through Frankfurt’s digital platform, we were able to promote the Sunway brand to the international arena while attending conferences, forums, and book events. We have connected with international publishers and booksellers and were a part of the exciting galore of activities. The bookfair has also broadened our views on the international book market and publishing trends.
It was a great experience to be a part of Frankfurter Buchmesse 2020 and we look forward to the 2021 edition.
