Biography

A committed and highly motivated lecturer, currently working as a senior lecturer in Department of Business Analytics, Sunway Business School, Sunway University, Malaysia. I received my Ph.D in Information Systems from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), in 2017. I have authored and co-authored over 50 scientific papers in the area of Information Systems in highly prestigious journals and international conferences, as well as editing 10 books published by Springer. I also was appointed as Conference Chair, Program Chair and publication committee chair for a number of international conferences, as well as guest editor for a number of Scopus journals.
