Nurul Najwa Baharum is a dedicated educator who finds joy in helping students grow in confidence and ability in the English language. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and has teaching experience in both public and private universities, including Universiti Putra Malaysia, UiTM, and Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. Her teaching approach emphasises the creation of modern, engaging, and interactive learning environments that support student development.

Beyond the classroom, she is actively involved in academic research and has served as a research assistant on multiple projects alongside established researchers across various institutions. She is currently pursuing her PhD at Universiti Malaya, with research interests in artificial intelligence in language learning, CEFR, and language assessment, reflecting her continuous growth as an educator. She hopes to inspire her students not only to improve their English, but also to become well-rounded, kind individuals who believe in their potential and capabilities.
