Speaker Profile

Joyce is the CEO and founder of Success Concepts Life Planners. Joyce has a master's degree from the University of Cambridge and has been in the financial services industry since 1998 after her career in Shell Malaysia. She is a licensed Financial Planner, a Certified Counselor and a Certified HRDF trainer. She has lectured for the CFP programs, conducted Financial Literacy seminars for corporate employees, spoken at numerous forums and trained thousands of financial services practitioners and corporate employees over the past 24 years. 

Joyce is well known for her contributions to the Star newspaper and has spoken on BFM 89.9 and Capital FM radio programs. She is the creator of “Financial Snacks“, the author of “Sweet Returns” and has appeared on NTV7 and TV3 personal finance programs. Joyce was also featured as the licensed financial planner in EPF’s infomercial on retirement planning. She is currently pursuing her PhD in retirement planning with Monash Malaysia.
