Headspace Campaign 2024

Organised by second-year BA (Hons) in Communication students from Sunway University’s Department of Communication (DOC) as part of their module on Public Relations (PR): Planning, Campaign, and Evaluation, "Headspace Campaign 2024" is a five-day educational campaign on mental health which focuses on managing stress, self-care, and relationships.

This campaign hopes to foster a supportive and resilient Sunway community by promoting mental health awareness among students and staff. By focusing on self-care, effective stress management, and positive relationship choices, the campaign aims to equip individuals with the tools they need to thrive in their personal and academic lives.

Mental well-being is a shared responsibility, and your engagement and support are crucial in helping us create a campus where everyone feels empowered to prioritize their mental health and overall wellness.
